Learning about nutrition
Early in 2025 I read the first book below. After a little more research I changed my diet and reduced my intake of ultra processed foods ( mostly carbs) and sugar ( especially highly processed). I also went on the 16 8 intermittent fasting, only eating 2 meals a day within an 8 hour period. Otherwise I can eat as much as I want so no calorie reduction or starving myself.
